Your signature logo will be formatted as a flattened .PNG file. You will receive four .png files total with your order, 2 high-resolution files (black and white) and 2 low-resolution files (black and white).
➤ Why do I need both high-resolution and low-resolution files?
The main difference between high-resolution and low-resolution files is the quality and size of the file. When using your signature logo online, you'll want to use a low-resolution file for faster loading. High-resolution files are normally used for printing purposes or when an image needs to be viewed at a larger size.
➤ Can I get the source files from you?
Of course! An editable source file can be requested either when you place your order or after you receive your logo and will be delivered as an .AI file.
➤ What is an editable source file?
An editable source file is the original file that we used to design your signature logo. Occasionally one will be requested if having any high-level printing done (signage, large prints, etc).
We do recommend obtaining your source file and keeping it in your records, just in case.
